"As a company manufacturing within the diverse fireplace industry we have maximised sales by offering a wide range of painted and timber finishes.
Originally, all the paints and lacquers employed were cellulose based. 
We knew that there were many advantages in switching to water-based material:-
Fire risk
Health Issues
Solvent emissions
Solvent Disposal
A decision was therefore made to make the change to Water Based Solutions.
In piloting these changes across our broad range of finishes, we encountered some technical issues that our regular supplier seemed unable to help us through. The project was temporarily shelved until Hallam PM approached us, and made it clear that they would overcome any hurdles we faced.
Hallam were good to their word, and the changes were a success. We find them extremely supportive in all our requirements and their friendly attitude makes them an absolute delight to do business with".
